 Dr. Yang, Pan-Chyr

Dr. Yang, an academician of Academia Sinica, received his Ph.D. from National Taiwan University. He is a physician at National Taiwan University Hospital, and currently Dean of National Taiwan University College of Medicine.

Principal Investigator

Prof. Dr. Peter Wushou CHANG

Received his medical doctorate from National Yang Ming University Medical College in Taiwan in 1984, and Master of Public Health and Doctor of Sciences both from Harvard University School of Public Health in Boston. He served as the Director-General of Bureau of International Cooperation in the Ministry of Health in 2004 to 2007, and the advisor to the Ministry of Health in international affaris since 2002, further served in Geneva and Brussels as health representative for Health Ministry. His major interested are on orccupational and environmental medicine, radiobiology, radiation protection, global Health, and international relationalship. Prof. CHANG has published more than 120 scientific articles on international Journals, as well as several books and chapters.

European Affairs Advisor

Dr. Rollet, Vincent
Dr. Vincent Rollet received his PhD in Political Science/International Relations from the Institute of Political Science, Paris (Sciences Po Paris).
He worked several years in Brussels and Taipei Medical University as advisor on European Health Affairs. He is now an Assistant Professor in Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages, Kaohsiung, and is Research Associate of the French Centre for Research on Contemporary China (CEFC),Taipei, Taiwan

Health and Politics, Regional governance of global health challenges, NGOs involvement in Health in Asia and Europe, Asia/Europe partnerships in Health.

Dr. Chang, Chung-Ming

Dr. Chung-Ming Chang received his PhD in Animal Genetics from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon in France. He was then working as a researcher (Ingenieur de Recherche) in Institut Pasteur and Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in France. He is now an assistant professor in the Research Center for Emerging Viral infections of the Department of Medical Biotechnology and Laboratory Science of Chang Gung University in Taiwan.

Ms. YEH, Annie Chih-Wei
Ms. YEH, Annie Chih-Wei graduated from National Taiwan University in the College of Management & Social Sciences in 2010. She worked in National Taiwan University College of Medicine as a research assistant on Medical Education, Medical Ethics, and Professionalism(2010-2011). She joins the Taiwan Health NCP Office since late 2011 and acts as the Executive Secretary.
